How soon will I receive my order?

Processing can take up to 3 business days. If the product is not available, you will receive your order within 7-10 business days (including processing time).

Do you ship to customer?

You can either choose to ship or pick up your order. Items are shipped only in the United States via USPS.

How do I properly clean my toy?

I highly recommend you purchase an antibacterial toy cleaner from me to keep your toy bacteria free and clean. Otherwise, warm water and warm cloth to clean.

What if my product is damaged?

You have 7 days to return defective product with proof of purchase and proof damage. There will be NO REFUNDS. You will receive a credit on a gift card.

How can I book a party/ladies night and what are the requirements to book?

In order to book a bachelorette parties/ladies night, you must email playhouseboutiques@gmail.com or text 317-602-0809. The cost is $40 which will include a free gift. Additionally, if your party sale is over $200, the host will receive $20 off their desired purchase. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $20 is required to book your date and the remaining will be due the night before the event.
